ASPDA Event Cancellation/Refund Policy To cancel a registration, you must email Michele Nichols, Member Service Manager, at [email protected], by the deadlines listed in your registration confirmation email.
ASPDA leadership will review the situation and decide whether a refund or credit is applicable in the event of extenuating circumstances. If a credit is issued, it must be used within one year of issue. No-shows are not eligible for a credit or refund. Annual Conference Pre-Symposium Events (if the attendee will still attend the Annual Conference) Promo codes must be entered and applied at the time of registration. Use of a discount code is only valid at the time of the initial purchase/registration. Refunds will not be authorized for existing registrations where the special offer was received after the initial purchase. Specific cancellation dates will be provided in the registration confirmation email.

Virtual Events Virtual events are non-refundable and non-transferable. It is the registrant’s responsibility to test their technical systems and environment for functionality in advance to ensure their access to the virtual conference. If ASPDA cancels an event, registrants may be extended a full refund (100%). In the event of an unforeseen cancellation, refunds may take up to two months to process. |
